GENERAL INFORMATION

General Information

(Below are some common rules that are ignored the most and need to be repeated)

The minimum age requirement for joining & playing Power Roleplay is 18 years of age. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will be removed from the community. A working, quality microphone is also required to be a part of Power Roleplay.

Power Roleplay does not tolerate any form of hate speech or discriminatory language. This includes, but is not limited to, retar, retar**, fa**ot, the N slur, or any other term that targets individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

Being toxic or breeding toxicity in any platform (this includes twitch, reddit, discord,etc) is evaluated and can lead to timeouts, temporary bans, or removal from the community based on the severity, repetition, and discretion of staff.

The guidelines for Power Roleplay will be clearly categorized to reflect the severity of any violations. These classifications will inform the actions taken against players who do not adhere to the particular guideline. The classifications are as follows:

Classification A: A written warning will be issued & 5 Infraction Points

Classification B: A one-day suspension will be issued & 10 Infraction Points

Classification C: A three-day suspension will be issued & 15 Infraction Points

Classification D: A seven-day suspension will be issued & 20 Infraction Points

Classification E: A fourteen-day suspension will be issued & 25 Infraction Points

Classification F: A permanent suspension will be issued & 35 Infraction Points

Classification G: A permanent suspension, without appeal - Not appealable

Classification H: A permenant character deletion without appeal & 100 Infraction Points

Infraction points are issued to a player when an infraction is issued. The points assigned as a result of one infraction will remain on the player's record for a total of 12 months. If a player reaches a total of 150 infraction points, the player will be either permanently banned with the ability to appeal after 6 months or community removed.

In the event of multiple violations, there will be an increased amount of suspension time. If the same violation occurs or similar violations, the suspension time will be increased as well.

SECTION 1. GREENZONE CONDUCT

01.01: Greenzones are designated areas in which specific actions are prohibited in order to preserve role-playing activities within them. These areas include the following:

1. The Power Tower;

2. Alta St. Apartments;

4. Eclipse Hospital, Sandy Shores Hospital & Paleto Bay Hospital

01.02: [C] - You are not allowed to steal a vehicle within these zones, especially a police or EMS vehicle.

01.03: [C] - Individuals are prohibited from engaging in criminal activities towards police officers within all of the designated green zones, most importantly including Mt.Zonah, Eclipse Hospital and the property surrounding hospitals and MRPD/Other police department, to ensure that they can carry on their role-playing duties without interference. Criminals must not cuff, tackle, shoot, verbally assault or do anything similar towards police officers in these areas.

01.04: [C] - It is prohibited to engage in criminal activities including but not limited to robbing and shooting in any and all green zones. If the scene was occurring outside of a greenzone and the player goes into the greenzone to avoid confrontation or interaction, that is considered powergaming and they will be punished.

SECTION 2. VERBAL CONDUCT

02.01: HATE SPEECH AND TOXICITY: [F] - Any form of hate speech or discriminatory language is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, retar, retar**, fa**ot, the N slur, or any other term that targets individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

02.02: BREAKING CHARACTER AND GOING OOC: WARN, THEN: [B] - Staying in character is always required. Avoid using words or information that your character wouldn't know, such as terminology that originates outside the roleplay setting, including but not limited to the following:

1. Angel;

2. Cousin;

3. Discord/discordia;

4. Report;

5. Greenzone;

6. RDM/VDM/NVL/OOC;

7. “Didn't have a good interaction”;

8. Staff / Admin;

9. Metagaming.

Refer to the #rp-terms channel in Discord for more examples of ways to avoid Out of Character talk and use replacement words.

02.03: [A], THEN: [B] - Characters must have names that are somewhat realistic and comply with the terms of service. The use of ‘voice changers’ are permitted, provided that the modified voice is reasonable and easily understandable. For example, a deeper voice for criminal scenes is acceptable as long as it is realistic, while overly unrealistic voices are not allowed. Hot-micing is also not allowed.

02.04: [D] - Trolling is not allowed, if you are caught trolling consequences will follow. This is defined as the refusal to roleplay and the intent to ruin the roleplay of others through the things you say or do. This is up to staff discretion depending on the severity of the trolling.

02.05: [E] - Sexual roleplaying is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Forcing other players to participate in any form of sexual emoting or roleplay

2. Carrying a female to do push ups

3. Participating in sexual emotes in public

02.06: [E] - Harassment in any form is strictly forbidden. This includes personally attacking another player, using excessive name-calling or derogatory language, making threatening statements, or engaging in behavior that specifically targets or singles out an individual player. Additionally, any action that aims to harm the well-being of another player outside of the game, including but is not limited to, telling someone to “KYS” or to hurt themselves, is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of community standards. For clarification, saying such things “in RP” is also prohibited and may not be used as an excuse for your actions.

02.07: [E] - Negative or disruptive/toxic behavior towards the server or staff members, including on public forums such as our Discord, Twitch, or other media platforms, is strictly prohibited. This includes speaking negatively about the server or staff members, spreading rumors, or engaging in behavior that promotes division among players. Additionally, taking in-character interactions outside the game environment, such as spreading rumors or bandwagoning, is not tolerated and considered a violation of community standards.

SECTION 3. VIOLENT CONDUCT

03.01: RANDOM DEATHMATCH: [D] - You are not permitted to engage in the random killing of other individuals, you are not allowed to go around randomly assaulting and injuring others. Any violent conduct should have a story / reason to it, and must have some form for initiation and reason to it. Randomly attacking and killing others will in a vast majority of cases be recognized as engaging in a random deathmatch. Utilizing green zones for the purpose of evading roleplay scenarios or starting conflicts is strictly prohibited and is considered powergaming.

03.02: LOW EFFORT KILLING: [C] - In order to take violent actions against others, you must first engage in proper roleplay that justifies such actions. All interactions must last at least 120 seconds or 2 minutes before any kind of deadly force is considered. If you have a valid reason to engage in combat with another player, you must initiate the interaction through roleplay. It is not acceptable to harm or kill another player without first giving a clear warning of your intent. As the initiating party, it is your responsibility to ensure that your voice is heard and that the other player is aware of the combat situation. This means that you cannot kill another player without giving them the opportunity to respond to the initiation. When engaging in combat, you should aim to create a scene that is enjoyable and memorable for all parties involved. This could include giving a clear warning or making sure the other player is able to hear and respond to the initiation. Killing another player without proper initiation, or without giving the other player an opportunity to respond, will be considered low effort and will not be tolerated. Below you can find appropriate and inappropriate reasons to “kill”.

Appropriate initiations before killing: (Good Roleplay):

1. Clear communication and a two-way roleplay experience;

2. An interactive and two-sided scenario is necessary for an enjoyable role-playing experience for both sides; (Running up and shooting a player, or shooting without proper reasoning does not suffice as proper initiation)

3. You are holding someone at gunpoint (There must be a valid reason/backstory behind you holding someone up) and they are repeatedly refusing to follow your tasks.

Faction wars have specific rules - for clarification of faction wars, refer to Section 11 in the faction rules.

Invalid reasons to kill: (Bad Roleplay)

If someone is talking shit towards you, your friends or your faction;

If someone got in a car crash with you, your friends or your faction.

For information on robbing rules and initiation, Refer to Section 14.

03.03: VEHICLE DEATHMATCH:[C] -This is defined as the harm of someone in some form with the use of your vehicle. Excessive ramming of your vehicle into other vehicles is not tolerated, as it is unrealistic. Not only that, your vehicle should never be used as a weapon to harm a player no matter the circumstance. Do not chase people with no initiation and try ramming them off the road just to force an interaction.

03.04: [C] - Shooting at a vehicle without initiation is considered RDM regardless if the player dies. To clarify, stealing or entering someone’s vehicle is initiation and you are allowed to initiate against them if they steal your vehicle.

03.05: [D] - Absolutely no 1v1’s. This is a Serious RP server. You are not allowed to shoot your friends to see who has better aim, go to a shooting range instead.

03.06 - PVP ROLEPLAY: [D] - You are prohibited from engaging in acts and interactions that have the intent of resembling player versus player (PVP). Any interactions and roleplay scenes are to be reasonable and well thought out and there should always be a valid reason to why you are engaging others with violence. You are not to shoot or stab your friends for fun as it would be considered no value of life.

03.07 - ROOFTOP PVP: [D] - Players are not to shoot at other players from a rooftop, unless accessible fully by stairs. Prison Guards are EXEMPT from this rule.

SECTION 4. INJURY CONDUCT

04.01: NEW LIFE RULE: [C] - When your character is downed, they are not necessarily deceased. Medical attention may revive them, allowing them to continue participating in the ongoing roleplay. However, utilizing the respawn feature will reset their memories and knowledge of the events prior to their injury, as per the new life rule. To maintain a seamless roleplay experience, a fifteen-minute waiting period is required before re-entering the scene and roleplay after receiving medical attention. This means you cannot rejoin a shootout after being downed and taken to hospital or being helped by EMS.

04.02: ACTING INJURED: [B] - When you're wounded, hurt, or killed in a scenario, you should react in a way that corresponds with the extent of your injuries. To maintain the atmosphere for others, it's important to keep your actions fitting the situation and not disrupt the immersion. EMS and Law Enforcement which include combat medics are required to place all non-law enforcement injured civilian brought up from their side (aka last stand) in crutches or wheelchair after providing medical attention depending on the serverity of the wound the individual will recieve one or the other at the discretion of the paramedic. Players found circumventing this system will be redirected to a 13.01: [G] Exploit BAN.

SECTION 5. CHARACTER CONDUCT

05.01: [C] - You should not be encouraging or inciting violence and chaotic conduct in events and interactions where it can be resolved peacefully through talks and negotiations. Taking the more violent and chaotic approach is more likely to lead you towards negative and unnecessary interactions with law enforcement agencies and personnel, of which you should be fearing. Use violence as a last resort rather than as a first.

05.02: [C] - Your character should always be concerned about the value of his or her life.

Should someone point a gun at your head, you are to comply with the instructions given by that individual regardless of what you believe or feel. Only exception to this policy is if you already have a firearm in your hand to counter the perpetrator’s instructions and directions. Although, if you are vastly surrounded and outnumbered, you should value your life regardless.

05.03: [D] - Engaging in excessive torture roleplay is not permitted. However, the topic can be controversial for certain individuals and groups of people. Therefore, you are to either get consent to engage in such roleplay with others or you are to stop the moment that they tell you to stop..

05.04: [C] - Any information and knowledge from a scene that resulted in your immediate death should be forgotten by your character, and as a result you are no longer allowed to involve yourself in that specific interaction or scene.

05.05: [C] - Refrain from kidnapping and taking law enforcement officers hostage without the appropriate initiation and reasons behind such actions. Do not take them hostage for events that involve a heist or the robbery of a bank, store, and so forth. Any actions behind kidnapping and taking law enforcement officers hostage require an actual valid backstory and reasoning behind it.

05.06: [C] - You are not permitted to hold an individual as a hostage for longer than a period of 45 minutes. The only reasonable exception to this specific policy is if the scenario lasts to such an extent where it is not possible to go through with an immediate release. However, should it be possible, you are required to release them the moment 45 minutes has passed.

05.07: [C] - Preventing medical personnel from providing medical assistance to another individual for an extended amount of time is prohibited. Upon receiving medical care, you are to leave the area in an orderly manner to allow medical personnel to carry out their duties and responsibilities with ease.

05.08: [C] - You are not permitted to engage in scenes and interactions that involve the killing and injury of on-duty medical personnel.

05.09: [D] - You are prohibited from being hired at the same business on two or more characters. It makes no sense for you to have two characters hired at the same business, it can also be abused depending on your position within the business and make you subject to scrutiny and punitive actions. Business owners are not permitted to use their business to transfer money between characters through hiring secondary characters.

05.10: [B] - If you choose to have a custom ped you must RP as the ped that you are. For example, if you are a animal ped you must roleplay as a animal. Choose your ped wisely and be ready to RP as your chosen ped. Your ped will be locked to a character of your choice and if you wish to not be this ped anymore you must contact support.

SECTION 6. RESTART CONDUCT

06.01: Roleplay shouldn’t be stopped or become less serious before a restart. It should continue as normal. Any rules broken before a restart will still be punished according to the punishment.

06.02: [D] - If a roleplay scenario begins before a restart and should be continued afterwards (such as a police scene at PD), you are required to fly back in and continue it.

06.03: DO NOT TRANSFER ITEMS OR MONEY WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF A RESTART. Storing items, buying items, or transferring money has a chance of disappearing if done this close to a restart. This will not be reimbursed if you lose the items/money after a restart.

SECTION 7. OUT OF CITY CONDUCT

07.01: [G] - Refrain from advertising for other servers and communities within the server and community itself (Poaching). Publishing advertisements within roleplay and interferes with storylines and the interactions of our community members. Engaging in such conduct will result in a permanent ban and removal from the community and any affiliated communities with PowerRP.

07.02: [G] - You are prohibited from engaging in the acts of trading in-game currencies, items, and/or valuables for any currency and valuables outside of the game itself and vice-versa. Examples of this would be matters related to but are not limited to paying with out of character currencies for money, weapons, firearms, businesses, houses, and so forth. Doing this will result in punitive actions.

07.03: [D] - You are prohibited from reporting other individuals with the intent to retaliate for interactions and/or issues within the city as well as outside of character. An example of this would be having evidence of an individual violating regulatory guidelines and policies in the past, and you choose to bring up this evidence in the aftermath to retaliate and get them in trouble.

07.04: [C] - You have 48 hours to report someone else’s rule-break, or it will be deemed revenge ticketing, and that is prohibited.

07.05: [D] - Metagaming is not allowed. This is characterized as purposely using or relaying information that your character did not learn in-game (Twitch Chats and Discord Channels included) to shape in-game roleplay. You should not be in a discord call while roleplaying, as it provides an unfair advantage to those playing. (Use radios in the city.)

SECTION 8. FAIL ROLEPLAY (FAIL RP)

08.01: [C] - Do not break RP, if you engage in a roleplay scenario do not discard the scenario or mention a broken rule Example: You just RDMd me!”, “Stop VDMing me!”, “That’s RDM!”, “I'm calling an admin” “I'm going to make a staff report on you”. Do not “rulesplain” and tell them they are breaking rules or what rules are being broken, simply contact staff through a ticket in discord, or a /report if it can be solved quickly without a clip in the city. Keep the roleplay going and do not ruin immersion and the fun by complaining and rulespaining. If you submit a report and in the clip, it shows you clearly rulespaining, complaining and breaking roleplay, you will also be punished.

08.02: [B] - Act as if all actions committed are in real life. Example: if someone duct tapes your mouth.. You cannot speak.

08.03: [D] - Baiting other players into breaking rules is strictly prohibited. An example of this is to not tell people to cuff police officers in a green zone. If you tell someone to do something that is not allowed, we will punish you accordingly for baiting someone into breaking a rule.

08.04: [B] - No talking while on your back and completely dead, simply because you are dead.

08.05: [B] - When roleplaying, set realistic expectations. Obviously, someone is not going to jump off of a bridge with a gun to their head, instead they will barter or fight back.

08.06: [D] - Taking a player to a bank/atm or residing near a bank to force players to pull out money, or force others to give you keys is not allowed. (Force Roleplay)

08.07: [C] - You can not body dump. This involves moving the body away from the area where the person was killed. This makes it impossible for EMS to respond.

08.08: [C] - In all scenarios, if your life is at risk you must comply with the other party providing, they have the advantage in numbers (Ex: 2 to 1).

08.09: [D] - Combat logging is strictly prohibited. Combat logging is summarized as logging off of the game or shutting off your computer in a crucial moment such as in the middle of a role play scenario, being questioned by a staff team, stopped by a police officer, or after you die.

08.10: [C] - Shooting or robbing employee(s) in their workplace is not allowed.

08.12: [C] - You are not allowed to interfere with other parties ' heists once they have started. This is referred to as breaching and will result in action against your group.

08.13: [C] - Double tapping is allowed but the scene must be RPed out correctly following the NLR Rule. If your intention is for them to forget the situation, you can double tap them. If they were already robbed, they can not be double tapped.

08.14: [D] - You are not permitted to respray/modify cars that you have not paid for or requested the respray/modification. This covers police vehicles, as well as civilian vehicles.

08.15: [D] - Scenes (/createscene) may not be used for material that does not correspond to any genuine RP.

08.16: [A], then [B] - Abuse of /Me saying "gang on top" or "Gang K" or anything not relating to genuine RP is prohibited. All of this can be said with your voice.

08.17: [E] - Impersonation of any whitelisted job or any faction is strictly prohibited.

08.18: [F] - Any form of corruption within a whitelisted job will be met with a harsh punishment. Ex. Giving out PD guns, stealing from evid

08.19: [A] - Loitering in Green Zones is prohibited. Green zones are not a public gathering place.

SECTION 9. HEIST CONDUCT

09.01: [B] - Upon the conclusion of a heist, you are to refrain from carrying out any further heists in the same category as the heist you have just concluded. Each heist category has a different cooldown based on the size, relevance, and payout of the heist. The cooldowns of the different categories of heists are as follows:

Union Depository Heist: [5 HOURS]

Pacific Standard Bank: [4 HOURS]

Blaine County Depository: [3 HOURS]

Fleeca Banks: [2 HOURS]

Clown Security Vault: [2 HOURS]

Vangelico Jewelry Store: [1 HOUR]

G6 Bank Trucks: [1 HOUR]

Clown Security Trucks: [1 HOUR]

Convenience Stores: [45 MINUTES]

09.02: [C] - Adding up to above on refraining from carrying out further heists in the same category, you may not come back to the same location of the heist for any reason until the cooldown has been reset. You will be punished similar to Power Gaming or more at staff’s discretion. Please look above accordingly for cooldown reset times.

09.03: [B] - Depending on the category of the heist that you are carrying out, there are certain limitations to the amount of individuals that can be involved in the heist. Individuals such as getaway drives are counted in these limitations.

09.04: [B] - Staying at a robbery until it is finished is required.

09.05: [C] - You can not rob nor kill the hostage(s). You can only kill the hostage(s) if the police will not meet your reasonable demands and refuse to negotiate.

09.06: [C] - The hostage can not be a friend of yours, as it is very unrealistic. You would not shoot your friend or hold them at gunpoint.

There are three limitation categories, they are as follows:

High Level Robberies: [12,10,6]

Pacific Standard Bank

Mid Level Robberies: [10,8,4]

Blaine County Depository.

Fleeca Banks.

Clown Security Vault

Low Level Robberies: [8,6,4]

Vangelico Jewelry Store.

G6 Bank Trucks.

Clown Security Trucks

Convenience Stores.

House Robberies.

Refer to Faction Rules for more in depth rules regarding criminal activity.

SECTION 10. POWERGAMING

Power Gaming by definition is using a loophole that is not allowed to you or another players’ advantage. Such as initiating, then running into a green-zone to protect yourself.

10.01: Power gaming is a style of interacting with games, with the aim of maximizing progress towards a specific goal with unrealistic progress.

10.03: [D] - Speed-boosting/Glitch Rolling is not allowed; you will be punished for this.

10.04: [D] - Abusing hostages / hostage scenes to get PD money, personal money, PD items, or anything other than actual demands are not allowed.This includes having “hostage scenes” in front or around of the police department in exchange for suspects.

10.05: [E] - Transferring money or items between characters, known as “cousins”, is strictly prohibited as it is considered powergaming. This shows no separation of characters and is not allowed.

10.06: [D] - Examples of Power gaming include, but not limited to:

1. Running into a greenzone in the middle of a scene;

2. Selling drugs to locals in vehicles;

3. Using an MLO with locked doors to hide from police in the middle of a chase.

It is up to staff to decide what is powergaming, but these are good examples to show that it is abusing an in-game mechanic for the wrong purpose.

SECTION 11. STAFF INTERACTIONS AND DISRESPECT

11.01: [A], then [B] - Compliance is crucial, two parties arguing, shouting and talking over the staff member does not create a productive environment for the staff member. We require both parties to be respectful, compliant, and have no back-and-forth arguments. Provide your evidence and stay put for the staff member to comply with a course of action.

11.02: [D] - We do not tolerate any disrespect toward any staff member, internally staff to staff, or player to staff.

11.03: [D] - Do not insult staff members in a discord channel no matter the frustration. Open a ticket and it can be explained to you, or contact the Director of Administration to make a staff report.

11.04: [D] - When a staff member is investigating, do not interfere or interject into the investigation. IE: Riding Past or running into the investigation.

11.05: [D] - Any false reports, forged evidence, or clipped video reports to depict one party being guilty (IE: Clipping a part of the video out where you were saying you would kill.

SECTION 12. INTERACTING WITH GOVERNMENT ENTITIES

12.01: [C] - We require that you comply with all government entities (i.e. President, Mayor, All Law Enforcement, EMTS, etc.) This implements a useful role play environment for both parties. Yes, you can run from the police but be realistic, initiate role play first. Just know heavy fines, jail time and other things will follow. A traffic stop should not end in a shootout, rather a long chase with good roleplay for both sides.

12.02: [C] - If you are stopped by law enforcement, interact as you would in real life. Respond respectfully and roleplay to a true scenario. Do not ignore them, simply follow their command.

12.03: [D] - As you will often drive past traffic stops, crime scenes, etc.; do not interfere with the investigation as you will be banned unless permitted by the Law Enforcement Officer. We have no tolerance for this.

12.04: [D] - No verbal baiting, or saying “F the President, Mayor, or F 12” essentially trying to draw a reaction from the other party. Do not tell an officer you have drugs and then speed off, this is not tolerated whatsoever. Cop baiting is strictly prohibited. Everyone should fear all law enforcement entities and should vacate the area immediately if a shootout or criminal activities are taking place and law enforcement arrives at the scene. Setting up and waiting for police to come so you can shoot them is strictly prohibited.

12.05: [D] - Using firearms in every role-playing scenario is not appropriate and will result in consequences for failing to properly role-play. To enhance the role-playing experience and avoid “cop baiting”, you should consider utilizing less lethal forms of force, such as a knife or machete, in appropriate situations. These options allow for more nuanced and low-key interactions, fostering a more immersive and believable role-play environment.

12.06: [D] - No physical form of baiting, example: ramming the police, circling a police officer and sounding your horn, attempting to harm outside of a roleplay scenario, etc. This is very similar to baiting another faction member, simply by harassing them verbally or ramming them.

12.07: [D] - If EMS is on an active scene, you cannot intervene on the scene. Example: Pushing the EMS around, or aiming weapons at the EMS. You can tell them to leave the area if it is still active, but do not harm them. As for EMS, do not insert yourself into a scene until it is over.

12.08: [D] - Harming/Killing or taking EMT hostage is strictly prohibited. They are there to help.

12.09: [C] - If EMT engages in a roleplay scenario, interact as you would in real life.

12.10: [D] - If someone dies, or is wounded that needs to be seen by an EMS or Medic. Do not stick around and antagonize the wounded. We want a clear scene for a smooth environment for both parties. (No body/scene camping)

12.11: [D] - All towing companies are under government entities as they provide a benifical service to the city which means you are never allowed to use any kind of physical or lethal force to prevent a towing company employee from doing their job. All interactions with towing companies is strictly verbal. A towing company is allowed to tow your vehicle if it is illegally parked in any way or if your vehicle is requested to be removed from private property or busienss.

SECTION 13. MODDING / EXPLOITING

13.01: [G] - We do not permit any kind of modding, exploiting or injecting of any kind.

13.02: [C], then [E] Game Mechanic Exploiting: We do not allow ANY exploiting of any emote/animation/Game Mechanic for personal/trollish behaviour. This may include but not limited to;

13.03: [G] - At some time, our staff may request a computer check in which you must comply. Any non-compliance will be automatically considered an act of guilt. All players will be given 120 seconds to join the “Staff Waiting Room” or you will be automatically banned. No Exceptions.

13.04: Any obstruction of any service we provide is prohibited such as:

A. IP logging

B. Injections/Lua Injections

C. Modded client menus

13.05: Non compliance with staff to assist in an investigation where an a system was exploited/abused to recieve illegal items, an abundance of cash etc... is strictly prohibited and disciplinary action can be taken against you if found that you were withholding infomation or lying to staff members once the investiagtion is complete.

1st Offence: [A]

2nd Offence: [D]

3rd Offence: [E]

13.06: Recieving blatant modified items, cash, or illegal items and attempt to stash/hide/conceal these items are strictly prohibited. If you come across anything that seems to be illegit or modified you are to report this to staff immediately or the following disciplinary action can be taken against you for being an abettor/accomplice.

1st Offence: [D] & [H]

2nd Offence: [F]

SECTION 14. ROBBING RULES

14.02: [D] - You are strictly prohibited from robbing people whilst they are on their back / fully dead. You can either rob them when they are on their side, or you can double tap them leaving them fully dead which means you cannot rob them. You must also properly initiate on a player before attempting to rob them. Below you can find valid and invalid reasons for initiation and reasons to rob people. Keep in mind these are only some examples and there are tons of other scenarios which may or not be allowed.

Valid ways to initiate: (Good Roleplay):

1. Clear communication and a two-way roleplay experience;

2. An interactive and two-sided scenario is necessary for an enjoyable role-playing experience for both sides. (Running up and saying “Put your hands up, we want that gun” does not suffice as proper initiation)

Valid reasons to rob: (Good Roleplay):

Informing and telling other individuals both within the server itself and outside that you are a staff member is not allowed. Using in-game features for unintended purposes such as using the /jail command to penalize violators is prohibited. You are expected to report this individual to the staff team whether it be within the game itself through /report or through Discord in the waiting room. Evidence should be presented to actual staff members so an appropriate judgment can be made towards the violator. Use your common sense, show common decency towards the staff members and your fellow community members.
